The Home that Jesus Builds

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.”

—Psalm 127:1

There are many beautiful homes in this area, but as I travel up and down the streets, I wonder how many homes are in those houses. It’s one thing to build a house and it’s another thing to build a home, and only God can build a home.

Let it be said of every dad as Joshua said, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” But determination is not enough without the Lord, without the Lord’s power, without the Lord’s strength.

Now I believe that Satan’s desire and Satan’s plan to destroy America is wrapped up in the matter of the home.

The Bible tells us in the very beginning God established the home!  He created the man and the man was alone, and God, seeing the loneliness of that man, created the first woman and stood the woman by his side.

Sir, husband, father, your home is your most precious and priceless possession.  Your home and your family is more important than your job, than your career, than the amount of money you make, the amount of pleasure you may achieve in life. The most important thing in life is your family!

If you’re going to have a home and a family that honors God and brings happiness to you, you must have Christ at home in your house.

HUMAN LOVE FAILS BUT GOD’S LOVE IS FOREVER.
