How to lead your children to Christ

I call upon you, for you will answer me, O God;
incline your ear to me; hear my words.

–Psalm 17:6

I have a private line that rings directly into my office and only a few people have that number. And of those few people who have it, some of the most important are my children. It doesn’t matter what I’m doing or how much stuff I’m dealing with in a day. If I hear my children on the other end of that line, whatever it takes, I’m going to try to meet their need.

Just magnify that by eternity and infinity and you have the love of the Father and the blessing that God wants to give to His children. He will never put you on hold; He’ll always answer the phone when you call.

I talk to so many people today who struggle with their prayer life because it seems like their prayers are just hitting the ceiling. But if you believe what the Scriptures say, then you know that God hears each and every prayer you pray. He wants to know your deepest need and the desires of your heart if you’ll only open up to Him.

So when you pray, remember that you have a direct line to God, who hears every word you say and responds with His loyal love!

GOD HEARS EVERY WORD OF YOUR PRAYERS. SO SHARE THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART WITH HIM EACH DAY!
