Word of Nehemiah and the children of Israel’s obedience to God was spreading. So what do you think happened next?
It was inevitable. The mockers gathered and yelled, “What are these feeble Jews doing?” They said, “There’s nothing here but rubbish. How do these people think that they’re going to build walls out of rubbish?”
You know, mocking God is Satan’s oldest tool!
Satan will tell you, “It’s impossible! You can’t rebuild your life. It’s impossible to rebuild your marriage. You can’t rebuild your broken heart!”
But Jesus is the Great Builder! He said, “I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.”
I want you to accept new life and new hope in Jesus Christ right now. And don’t you ever let the devil tell you that you can’t rebuild your life in the power of Jesus Christ!
