If you could ask God to perform a miracle in your life what would it be? Would it be for God to put your marriage back together? Perhaps you would ask God to bring home a straying child, a rebellious son or daughter who’s walked away from you or walked away from the faith. Would you ask God to heal you physically?
Maybe it would be that you would ask God to move miraculously in your life or in the life of one of your loved ones? Would it be that that is the miracle that you need?
Would it be that you would ask God for a financial miracle; to straighten out your business or to correct your financial situation?
Do you believe God can work those kinds of miracles in people’s lives? I do. The Bible tells us that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Sometimes I think we look at these great stories of the Bible in both the Old Testament and the New Testament and we wonder: Does God still move miraculously in people’s lives today? Can God do this today?
A miracle is something that God does that defies human explanation. It is when God breaks through and there is no explanation other than divine intervention. We pass miracles every day; we just don’t notice them.
GOD IS A MIRACLE-WORKING GOD! OUR GOD IS ABLE!
