I want you to think about today’s verse for a moment. Jesus made the disciples get into that boat, knowing that a storm was coming their way.

You know how it goes. Just about the time you think you’ve got it together in life, the wheels start coming off as another challenge comes along. That’s just the way life is!
When trials come your way, they aren’t coming to taunt or to punish you. They are coming to prepare your soul for eternity!
There’s going to come a time in your life when, more than anything on earth, you’re going to need to know that God is with you. And when that moment does come, it’s very important that you keep your trust in Jesus. To do less is to deny or dishonor our God.
